I am a PhD scholar in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at IIT Kanpur, working with Prof. Debadatta Mishra. My research interests lie in the dynamic and ever-evolving domains of operating systems and computer architecture. Currently, I am focusing on virtualization, particularly container-based systems and cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on memory management, containerized workloads, and live migration for large-scale systems.

My work aims to build efficient, deployable system mechanisms that reduce overhead in virtualized and container-based environments while preserving performance isolation and scalability. I combine kernel-level design, runtime systems, and cloud platforms to address challenges in modern data centers.

Before joining IITK, I did BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Durgapur where I have worked on Quantum Dot Cellular Automata (QCA), an emerging technology for circuit design at nano scale. During this period, I have co-authored 3 papers with my mentor Prof Bibhash Sen and gained some early experiences in research.
In the rare moments of free time, I enjoy reflecting on nature (which I hope will spark new ideas—though it hasn’t yet) and writing Kavita (poetry). Few of them are published in some random order in Antas Magazine (Page 36), 21st Edition and Antas Magazine (Page 21), 22nd Edition.
